Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) Comply with the Lung Cancer TNM Staging Criteria (Eighth Edition) established by the International Union against Cancer and the American Cancer Corporation; (ii) pathologically diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer, (iii) no systematic anti-tumor therapy, such as radiation therapy, chemotherapeutic therapy and oral targeted drugs;The control group was a health examiner from the physical examination center, and no history of malignancy and acute infection was excluded.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i) primary lesions in other sites, metastases that metastasize to the lungs; (ii) Active periods of infectious diseases such as tuberculosis and severe pneumonia. (iii) There is serious damage or dysfunction in organs such as the heart, liver and kidneys. (iV) immune imbalance diseases: rheumatoid arthritis, pulmonary interstitial disease, etc.; (V) Patients who are unable to understand this study and are unwilling to sign informed consent.
