Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass; Age =18 years; Preoperative left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) =30%; Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter =70mm in patients with coronary heart disease and =80mm in patients with other heart diseases;Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The function of important organs was seriously impaired; Severe coagulation dysfunction; Severe ventricular arrhythmias; Preoperative serum creatinine >200ug/ml or diagnosed as stage AKI-3; Patients with mental or legal disabilities; Lactating and pregnant women; Patients who refuse to sign informed consent forms.
