Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years, both sexes; (2) Diagnosed as renal anemia (100g/L=Hb=40g/L); (3)Body weight of 45-100 kg. (4) Diagnosis of CKD =3 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive, active viral hepatitis; (2) New York College of Cardiology class IV congestive heart failure at enrollment; (3) Acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, acute stroke, seizure, or acute thromboembolic event (e.g., deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism) within 8 weeks prior to study day 1; (4) Uncontrolled hypertension considered by the investigator; (5) A history of advanced malignant tumor; (6) Life expectancy < 3 months; (7) Use of another trial drug or treatment during the study, participation in a trial intervention study, or expected legacy effects of trial treatment; (8) Any medical condition that, in the opinion of the investigator, may pose a safety risk to the trial subject, may confound the efficacy or safety evaluation, or may interfere with the subject's participation in the trial.
