Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18~80 years old, gender is not limited; (2) The study object is convalescent stroke patients (first stroke), diagnosed by imaging as cerebral hemorrhage or cerebral infarction, the course of disease is 1~12 months; (3) For hemiplegic patients, the muscle strength of the upper and lower limbs on the hemiplegic side is = level 4, while there is no dysfunction on the healthy side; (4) Stable vital signs, blood pressure SBP110~220mmHg, blood oxygen saturation > 92%, quiet heart rate 40~110b.p.m, body temperature not higher than 38 °C; aerobic exercise rehabilitation with the consent of the attending physician; (5) The patient understands and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The condition continues to deteriorate and the vital signs are unstable; (2) Patients with severe heart disease, or patients with pacemakers, who may be at risk due to experiments; (3) Patients with multiple cerebral infarctions (more than 3 times); (4) poor cognitive level (MMSE < 21 points), unable to understand the movement guidance of rehabilitation therapists; (5) Patients undergoing decompression surgery to remove the skull; (6) Patients after cranial repair; (7) The healthy limb is also disabled and cannot exercise normally; (8) arthritis, postoperative and other effects on the patient's exercise; (9) The patient participated in other clinical trials.
