Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? clinical diagnosis of osteoarthritis combined with X-ray examination, the patient has knee pain and seriously affects the quality of life, the regular oral drug conservative treatment is ineffective; ? patients with initial TKA; ? knee inversion deformity 90°

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe medical disease and contraindications to surgery; (2) Patients undergoing simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty; (3) Patients with a body mass index (BMI) > 30 kg/m2; (4) Patients with a history of surgery on the affected knee; (5) Patients with a potential risk of infection. (6) Combined extra-articular knee deformity.
