Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Meets clinically confirmed, probable and possible ALS in El Escorial diagnostic criteria revised in 1998; (3) Those with normal comprehension; (4) Patients with neck muscle weakness at the time of investigation; (5) Patients and their families are willing to accept the survey contents involved in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Any known non-ALS-related motor neuron disease; (2) Patients with major mental illness or cognitive dysfunction; (3) Patients without neck muscle weakness related symptoms at the time of investigation; (4) Patients who are unwilling or unable to participate in and complete the study.
