Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects: aged 18-85 years; A history of speech dysarthria, known otorhinolaryngologic disease, pulmonary or neurological disease, or structural abnormalities was excluded by questionnaire. Have not recently taken any medication affecting swallowing function; No previous history of head, neck, gastroesophageal surgery; VFSS examination ruled out swallowing dysfunction. Dysphagia patients after stroke: ? unilateral primary cerebral infarction, confirmed by head CT or MR; ? Diagnosis of dysphagia by VFSS; ? Age between 18 and 85 years old; ? The duration of the disease was between 2 weeks and 2 months; ? Vital signs were stable, abbreviated mental test scale (AMTS) score >7; ? Patients and their families are willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dysphagia patients after stroke:? patients with malignant tumors; ? Serious medical diseases and other neurological diseases; (3) Mental disorders or cognitive dysfunction; ? Patients with dysphagia after non-cerebral infarction; (5) Patients who had undergone head and neck surgery and gastroesophageal surgery.
