Cohort 1:Receive standard anesthesia monitoring (ECG, NIBP and SpO2) + end-tidal carbon dioxide monitoring (Capnography)
Cohort 2:Receive standard monitoring of anesthesia (ECG, NIBP and SpO2) + masked and silent end-tidal capnography (Capnography)

65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged = 65 years, gender is not limited; (2) Perform painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; (3) ASA classification I-II; (4) 18.5 kg/m2=BMI<28 kg/m2; (5) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who cannot wear sampling tubes; (2) Emergency surgery; (3) When inhaling air, the patient's oxygen saturation (SpO2) is less than 95%; (4) Patients with known malignant tumors; (5) Patients who are considered by investigators to be inappropriate for participation in the present study for any other reason.
