18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with grade 1-2 essential hypertension, being treated with a single antihypertensive medication (excluding single-pill combinations), or no treatment; 2.Subjects should be aged >=18 and <=60, both sexes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There was a history of hypersensitivity reactions to the drugs used in the study or similar drugs; 2.Secondary hypertension and severe hypertension; 3.Severe renal insufficiency (eGFR 3 times the upper limit of normal); 5.Patients with previous or current diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, rheumatic immune diseases.
