Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. In line with the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Fourth National Conference on Cerebrovascular Disease, the patient was confirmed as cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage by transcranial CT or MRI examination 2. Disease course and condition: first onset, recovery period (1 month to 1 year), stable vital signs 3. Age: 18-80 years old 4. According to the International Society of Lymphatics criteria for limb edema, the affected hand was mild (edema volume increase of < 20%, heavy tightness and weakness of the limb) and moderate (edema volume) Increased 20%-40%, shiatsu depression) edema 5. The VAS score of hemiplegic upper limb pain was < 5 6. be able to listen, speak, read and understand Chinese; be able to understand the requirements of the study; be willing to cooperate with the study; and sign the informed consent voluntarily
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes, peripheral neuropathy or skin ulceration cannot be treated by injection; 2. Fracture history, trauma surgery history, thrombophlebitis history and infection history for hemiplegic upper limb; 3. History of other conditions that cause hand edema, such as mastectomy, nephrotic syndrome, albumin levels below 3.2 g per deciliter, liver cirrhosis, congestive heart failure, and complex areas pain syndrome; 4. Severe heart, lung, liver, renal insufficiency, tumor, blood diseases; 5. Cognitive dysfunction cannot cooperate with treatment; 6. Pregnancy or lactation; 7. Injection adjacent to the brachial plexus with 5% glucose was performed in the past month.
