Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 85 years old Diagnosis is lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, or lumbar spondylolisthesis Single-segment or bi-segment lesions of the lumbar spine
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lumbar spine lesion segments = 3 Spondylolisthesis > Meyerding grade III With neuropathy of the cervical or thoracic spinal cord With cognitive dysfunction or other psychiatric disorders With rheumatoid arthritis Taking hormonal medications With tumor With tuberculosis Osteogenic and cartilage dysplasia Neurofibromatosis Poor bone fiber structure Hyperthyroid hormone Rickets Hypopituitarism Hypercortisolism Systemic active infection Cauda equina syndrome Bone density test T<-3.0 Taking immunosuppressants Received previous lumbar spine surgery Received previous lumbar trauma Pregnancy
