Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 1-65 in hospital and outpatient departments, no gender limitation; 2. Clinical diagnosis meets Netherton syndrome; 3. The patients and their guardians voluntarily participate in the study, sign informed consent, and agree to timely visit the researcher during the study as required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. being older than 65 years of age 2. pregnant or breastfeeding women. 3. those who are in the active phase of tuberculosis or who are positive for TB TST, T-SPOT without anti-tuberculosis treatment, or who test positive for hepatitis B surface antigen without 2-4 weeks of antiviral treatment 4. persons with abnormal immune function, abnormal renal or liver function, severe cardiovascular disease, malignancy, acute or chronic infections, or any other condition that interferes with the assessment of the test results 5. other clinically significant diseases such as blood sugar or blood pressure that are not effectively controlled 6. those whose vital signs are unstable or who are unable to cooperate with treatment such as those with psychiatric disorders.
