Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients aged 18-45 years old with androgenetic alopecia; The bald area is covered with hair (can be sparse and fine hair) ? The degree of hair loss was in line with class ? - ? in Nowond /Hamilton classification; ? Agree to use the same shampoo and keep the same hair style and color during the study period; ? Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent; Agree to conduct the trial as directed by the physician throughout the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following criteria will not be included in the study: ? Age 45; ? recent pregnancy planning; Patients with scar diathesis. ? complicated with serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine diseases, liver and kidney diseases and other systemic diseases; Patients with abnormal platelet count, blood system diseases or blood-borne infectious diseases. ? Alopecia areata and hair loss caused by other diseases, drugs, physical and chemical factors, physiological factors; ? Be allergic to the tested drug ingredients. ? The use of drugs affecting hair growth in the last 6 months (mainly refers to androgen drugs, cytotoxic drugs, ß -blockers and other antihypertensive drugs and vasoactive drugs, corticosteroids, cyclosporine, antiepileptic drugs, etc.); Immunosuppressants and anticoagulants were taken in recent 3 months. ? Bald area without hair coverage ?scalp erythema, desquamation, papules and other active inflammation patients; ?Persons who have participated in any clinical trials within one month; ?Those who have received relevant germinal therapy within six months; ?Patients with mental disorders; ?Be excessively sensitive or fearful of pain.
