Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conforming to the diagnostic criteria of cerebrovascular disease of the Chinese Medical Association, and confirmed as the first unilateral or bilateral cerebral hemisphere infarction by head CT or MRI; (2) Age 50-90; (3) Within 2 to 12 weeks after the first onset of ischemic stroke; (4) Conscious, normal cognition, stable condition, able to cooperate with the assessment instructions required by the study; (5) If combined with chronic disease, it needs to be in non-acute attack or progressive stage.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Malignant tumor, cachexia, severe heart and lung disease, and various chronic diseases are in accelerated deterioration stage; (2) Complicated with severe endocrine and metabolic diseases, such as pituitary, thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal and gonadal diseases; (3) Those with cognitive impairment or mental disorders who cannot cooperate with the assessment; (4) Take any medicine that affects muscle strength recently.
