29 Days to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 29 days-18 years; (2) Pediatric patients admitted to a dual-center ICU with a pediatric critical care score and early warning score consistent with critical condition; (3) ICU stay longer than 7 days. (4) diagnosis of myocarditis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Non-critical patients; (2) Patients admitted to the ICU for less than 7 days; (3) Patients readmitted to the ICU; (4) diagnosis of primary neuromuscular disease; (5) Those who participated in other clinical trials in the past month; those who are considered by the investigator to be unsuitable as selected patients (poor compliance, extremely critical condition not expected to complete the trial expected to withdraw)
