Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participant eligibility criteria were (1) children aged over 29 days to 14 years; (2) children physician-diagnosed with BO based on history, clinical, physiological and radiological findings. Inclusion criteria of main care giver were:(1) family members who had the ability to understand, spoken and written Chinese, and being consent to participate; (2) family members who responsible to take care of children for more than 40 hours per week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were (1) children combined with other serious diseases that need to be treated, as congenital disease, surgery, tumor, and other pulmonary obstructive diseases. (2) Children suffer unexpected accident within a year, as car accident, poisoning, divorce etc. Exclusion criteria of main care givers were:(1) family members once diagnosed with mental illness (History) or abnormal cognitive behavior;(2) families suffering significant hazard?within 1 year.
