18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-65 years; (2) Patients with a definite diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation undergoing surgical treatment; (3) Skilled in using smart phones; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Congenital spinal deformity; (2) Severe osteoporosis; (3) Complicated with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction; (4) Patients with cerebrospinal fluid leakage or intraoperative nerve injury.
