EP:Propofol 4-6 mg/(kg h), etomidate 0.2-0.4 mg/(kg h)

E:Etomidate 0.4-0.7 mg/(kg h)

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Laparoscopic upper abdominal surgery is planned; 2. No serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 3. Aged > 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Upper respiratory tract infection within 1 month before surgery; 2. History of surgery or mechanical ventilation within 2 weeks before surgery; 3. History of thoracic surgery; 4. Complicated with bronchial asthma; 5. Thoracic and spinal deformity; 6. Received chemoradiotherapy and corticosteroids; 7. Allergic to the anesthetics used in this study; 8. Operation time < 2 hours; 9. Serious adverse events such as hemorrhage during surgery; 10. Patient refused.
