Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The following three items need to be met at the same time: 1. Age >18 years old; 2. AKI; 3. Patients who need RCA-CRRT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Meet any of the following to be excluded: 1. Pregnant women 2. Difficulty in dialysis catheter drainage; 3. RCA- Patients who died during CRRT; 4. RCA-CRRT in which patients were agitated and forced off the machine; 5. Patients with abnormal parathyroid function; 6. Instrument failure during treatment.
