Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient is >=18 years old, with a primary school education or above, and has a certain ability to understand and express; 2. The pathological diagnosis is gastrointestinal neoplasm; 3. The patient is receiving immunotherapy; 4. Be informed of the disease; 5. Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mentally ill patients; 2. Low comprehension ability, unable to complete the questionnaire; 3. Life expectancy of patients < 6 months.
