18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is 18 years old and above, and the gender is not limited; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal tumor resection surgery; 3. There is no other malignant tumor disease history within 5 years, and no anti -cancer treatment has been received before surgery (local or system); 4. Postoperative pathological diagnosis is clear; 5. Voluntary signing of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It is impossible to perform gastroscopy due to gastrointestinal discomfort; 2. At present, other inappropriate surgery or multiple tumors coexist; 3. One month before the group received blood transfusion treatment, or there is a history of alcoholism and drug abuse; 4. Patients who cannot obtain enough blood specimen ( >=12ml); 5. There are anemia, fever, low self -immunity, incomplete coagulation function, etc. 6. Patients with autoimmune diseases and blood system diseases.
