Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical study on the application of electric standing-up bed Inclusion criteria: 1) age>18. 2) paralysis caused by central nervous system disorders or injuries (hemiplegia, paraplegia, cerebral palsy). 3) long-term bedridden or using a wheelchair. 4) older adults with limited mobility. 5) skeletal muscle dysfunction of lower limbs. 6) disturbance of consciousness coma or vegetative due to severe craniocerebral injury. Clinical study of cognitive dysfunction Inclusion criteria: 1) over 60 years old, with decreased cognitive functions such as memory and/or calculation and/or orientation in the past year. 2) mild cognitive impairment determined by the MMSE or the MoCA. 3) willing to participate in the study and sign informed consent with normal hearing and vision. 4) nonconforming diagnosis criteria of DSM-IV dementia. Clinical study of assisted walking of lower limbs Inclusion criteria: 1) age>18. 2) chronic motor system injury (osteoarthritis, meniscus injury, muscle strain, etc.). 3) after lower limb surgery (fracture, ligament reconstruction, joint replacement, etc.). 4) lower limb muscle weakness due to the central nervous system. 5) abnormal gait due to peripheral nerve injury (common peroneal nerve injury, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Clinical study on the application of electric standing-up bed Exclusion criteria: 1) respiratory rate =35 /min or increase = 50%. 2) SpO: = 90% or PaOz40%). Clinical study of cognitive dysfunction Exclusion criteria: 1) functional or organic mental disorders. 2) severe or unstable systemic diseases. 3) communication impairment. Clinical study of assisted walking of lower limbs Exclusion criteria: 1) decreased muscle strength due to central nervous system injury (stroke, etc.). 2) malignant tumor. 3) unable to stand and walk with the affected limb after surgery. 4) cannot evaluate for other reasons (such as cognitive impairment, expression impairment, etc.).
