Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 patients with cognitive impairment aged 18 years<=age<=80 years old; 2. The diagnosis of cognitive impairment is based on the standards of the Fifth Edition Revised DSMV-R of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders. A written informed consent form signed and dated at least 3 months after the diagnosis of cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from short bowel syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux; 2. Recurrent aspiration; 3. Significantly decreased immunity (immunosuppressive drugs, recent chemotherapy, decompensated liver disease due to cirrhosis, advanced human immunodeficiency virus [HIV]/AIDS [CD4 count<250] cells)/ µ L] , neutrophil (absolute neutrophil count<1000/ µ L) Recent bone marrow transplantation or other causes of severe immune deficiency; 4. Those who do not agree to sign the patient's informed consent; 5. Take probiotics within 1 month.
