Trendelenburg position :Change the supine position to the Trendelenburg position until the surgical field of vision is satisfied.

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged from 18 to 60; 2.BMI <32 kg/?; 3.ASA I-II; 4.scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery in a tertiary hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe functional abnormalities of heart, liver and kidney were known before operation; 2.respiratory diseases were known before operation; 3.cerebrovascular diseases were known before operation; 4.cervical vascular abnormalities were reported by color Doppler ultrasound before operation; 5.previous cervical vascular operations were performed.
