60 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 60 years old and above; 2. Perform radical surgery for colorectal cancer and require general anesthesia combined with spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of cognitive impairment related diseases or preoperative MMSE score 1; 2. Those who are speechless, deaf, blind, or unable to communicate normally with others due to other physical illnesses; 3. Individuals with current or past mental disorders; 4. Currently using sedatives or antidepressants; 5. Alcoholic patients. All patients cannot be included twice, even if they have undergone an unrelated second surgery.
