Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Aged 18-75 years; ASA 1-3; patients recieving surgical treatment below the neck under general anesthesia with laryngeal mask .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with contraindications for laryngeal mask insertion; Tracheal intubation or laryngeal mask placement under general anesthesia in the last 3 months; Severe cognitive dysfunction occurred during perioperative period; Patients taking analgesic, psychotropic drugs or abnormal mental state before operation; Had undergone throat surgery within 6 months or had chronic pharyngitis before surgery without cure; Difficult airway (neck range of motion =3); Malformation of the upper respiratory tract; Has received or is undergoing radiotherapy for head and neck; Is taking part in other studies.
