Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients selected for cardiac surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass, aged 65~80 years, American Association of Anesthesiologists classification II or III, with a height of 155~185 cm and a weight of 45~85 kg.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Left ventricular ejection fraction<50%; Previous history of cardiac surgery; Have a history of serious coronary heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and nervous and mental system diseases; Severe pulmonary or systemic disease; Diagnosed dementia, Parkinson's disease and stroke; Take psychotropic drugs for a long time; Cardiac block and other serious arrhythmias; Hypothyroidism; Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; Taking sedatives, analgesics or antidepressants recently.
