Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with benign and malignant bone tumors treated in our department who underwent tumor segment resection; 2. Artificial artificial weights were used to build bone defects; 3. LARS ligament was used for soft tissue repair and reconstruction; 4. The patient data is complete and the follow-up time is more than 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients treated with total joint replacement; 2. Patients whose lesions are located in the femoral head or neck and reconstructed with common femoral head prosthesis; 3. Patients who underwent single bone resection and double joint replacement; 4. Patients who underwent amputation of the affected limb within a short period (<6 months) after surgery; 5. Patients lost during follow-up.
