Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age> 18 years 2. According to the diagnostic criteria for heart failure in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure 2018", one of the following 2 conditions is met: (1) there are symptoms and/or signs of heart failure, LVEF 125 ng/L, and consistent with left ventricular hypertrophy and/or left atrial enlargement, or abnormal diastolic function. 3. Have used ARNI for more than 3 months prior to admission, or have never used ARNI 4. Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide is used during hospitalization

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure is caused by restrictive cardiomyopathy, active myocarditis, constrictive pericarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or uncorrected primary valvular disease 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency 3. Pregnant, preparing for pregnancy and lactating women 4. Cognitive disorder or other reasons can not cooperate with the completion of the study 5. There are contraindications to the use of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptides, including: patients who are allergic to any component of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptides and patients with cardiogenic shock or systolic blood pressure < 90mmHg.
