40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective endoscopic hysterectomy; 2. ASA III; 3. 40~60 years old; 4. BMI 18~27 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are related contraindications to puncture (coagulation dysfunction, local skin ulceration and infection; serious chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, acute myocardial infarction, glaucoma, etc.) and serious nervous system diseases; 2. Long term use of sedatives, antidepressants, anti-inflammatory drugs or immunosuppressants; 3. Recent SGB treatment; 4. Severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Mental and nervous system diseases, people with consciousness disorders; 6. People with limited education.
