Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASAI-III Patients aged 18-65 years with double-lumen endotracheal intubation under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative throat pain, hoarseness, cough; (2) Previous history of oropharyngeal and maxillofacial surgery and neck surgery; (3) Asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or other serious respiratory diseases; (4) Expected difficult intubation; (5) Allergic to local anesthetic drugs; (6) Quit smoking less than 2 weeks; (7) Patients refused to participate
