18 Years to 68 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracoscopic lobectomy was performed from October 2022 to April 2023; 2. Both sexes; 3. Aged 18-65 years; 4. BMI: 19-28kg/m^2; 5. Preoperative ASA score I-II; 6. The cardiopulmonary function is basically normal; 7. No obvious heart, liver, kidney or endocrine diseases; 8. Informed consent of the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute lung infection in the past 4 weeks; 2. Previous pulmonary surgery history; 3. Have used hormone drugs before operation (within 6 months); 4. Pleural effusion before operation; 5. Intraoperative one-lung ventilation time less than 1 hour; 6. Severe intraoperative complications such as massive bleeding and anaphylactic shock; 7. Converted to thoracotomy; 8. The patient refused midway.
