Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. No CONtraindication for CT examination, informed consent and informed consent should be signed before examination. 2. All showed acute chest pain; 3. Comprehensive physical examination and experimental diagnosis of highly suspected acute coronary syndrome, pulmonary embolism and/or aortic dissection; 4. Other diseases causing acute chest pain have not been ruled out.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiac insufficiency; After bypass surgery; Severe arrhythmias (atrial fibrillation or prefrequent contractions); Patients who underwent barium meal examination recently; Age & lt; 18 years old or have iodine contrast agent allergy or related allergy history; Severe renal insufficiency or abnormal liver function; Patients who are or are suspected of being pregnant or breastfeeding; Patients deemed unsuitable for the study by other physicians in charge.
