Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of observation group: 1. Age >= 18 years, gender not limited. 2. Patients are able to express themselves verbally, complete the informed consent form voluntarily, cooperate in completing blood sampling and laboratory tests, and complete the depression scale assessment. 3. Satisfy one of six conditions: (1) Patients with suspected coronary artery disease and symptoms of stable angina, with or without dyspnoea; (2) Patients with new-onset heart failure or left ventricular dysfunction and suspected coronary artery disease; (3) Patients who are asymptomatic or symptomatically stable after acute coronary syndrome or who have undergone recent revascularisation; (4) Patients who are more than 1 year after the initial diagnosis or revascularisation, with or without symptoms. (5) patients with angina pectoris and suspected vasospasm or microcirculatory disease; (6) asymptomatic patients with coronary artery disease detected at screening. Depression is defined as a condition that is beyond the patient's ability to cope or self-adjust and that has some impact on their life and social functioning. But it does not reach the specific diagnostic criteria for mental illness in terms of severity. Inclusion criteria of control group: 1. Age >= 18 years, gender not limited. 2. The patient has certain language expression and understanding ability, understands and voluntarily fills in the informed consent form, and cooperates to complete the blood test. 3. Patients admitted to hospital due to chest tightness and palpitation shall be checked and excluded from organic heart disease. 4. Depression was excluded by depression scale score.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for observation group: 1. Hospitalisation for cardiovascular disease (including revascularisation) within three months, with revascularisation planned 2. History of psychiatric or psychological illness, severe hepatic or renal insufficiency 3. Acute infectious disease within the last month; current organic gastrointestinal disease; gastrointestinal surgery within the last year; continuous antibiotics for more than 3 days within the last three months 4. Have an old myocardial infarction (within 3 months) or severe cardiovascular disease (acute pericarditis, myocarditis, severe heart failure or primary heart disease). 5. Have severe non-cardiovascular disease or disease that affects the patient's life expectancy (e.g. history of connective tissue disease, thyroid disease, tumours, substance abuse, etc.) 6. Have central nervous system disease such as traumatic brain injury or stroke. 7. Women during pregnancy. 8. Patients who are unable to cooperate in completing depression scale assessments and blood tests. Exclusion criteria of control group: 1. It does not meet the inclusion criteria. 2. Complicated with other serious system diseases. 3. Have participated in other clinical trials.
