Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age: 1 month to 3 years Diagnosis: Preoperative pathological biopsy confirmed that the rectum and sigmoid colon have no ganglion cells Classification: preoperative GI contrast to identify stenosis segment involvement into the sigmoid colon (common megacolon) Informed consent: consent to participate in this clinical study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Classification: Megacolon with total colon, megacolon with long segments Allergy: Allergy to ICG allergy testing Comorbidities: multiple multisystem malformations with vital signs Informed consent: refusal to participate in this clinical study
