Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Include patients who were hospitalized in Shenzhen Second People's Hospital and diagnosed with MN and serum PLA2R-positive by renal biopsy 2. Age more than 18 years old 3. Sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are secondary factors such as tumors, infectious diseases, rheumatic diseases, drugs and poisons 2. Past use history of hormones and immunosuppressive agents
