18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. ASA I - III level; 3. Subjects undergoing elective shoulder arthroscopic orthopedic surgery; 4. Voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative combined peripheral nerve injury or disease; 2. Long-term oral painkillers for chronic pain; 3. Serious compound trauma; 4. Pregnant women; 5. A history of steroid use within two weeks of the study; 6. There are contraindications for regional block; 7. Patients with contraindications to dexamethasone (mental health disorders, cataracts, glaucoma, bacteremia and systemic fungal infections, peptic ulcer disease, viral infections such as herpes or recent live vaccines); 8. The patient has a history of allergy to the study drug, a diabetic patient; 9. The wound is infected.
