Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.aged 18-60 years 2.have the ability to using smartphone 3.BMI 18.5-32.0 kg/m2 4.self-reported regular smoking for at least 1 year, smoke at least 10 cigarettes per day 5.not willing to quit smoking or willing to quit but does not plan to quit smoking in the next 6 months 6.willing to use tobacco-heated device to smoke cigarettes 7.could complete the follow-ups and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with chronic respirtory diseases, including asthma (FEV1/FVC =12% or 200ml), COPD (FEV1/FVC <= 0.75 after inhaling bronchodilators), bronchiectasis, interstitial lung diseases etc. 2.patients with unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction, stroke and transient ischemic attack in recent 2 weeks, hypertension and arrhythmia with poor drug control, etc. 3.patients with rhinitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis etc. 4.patients with cancer 5.patients with severe allergy 6.patients with psychological problem 7.patients with acute diseases (such as acute upper respiratory tract infection) 8.using nicotine replacement therapy or other smoking cessation medication 9.using other tobacco products except cigarettes, including e-cigarettes.
