Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of NLBP; 2. The course of the subject's disease is more than 6 weeks; 3. For amateur weightlifters aged 13-18 years, ensure that they can participate in the experiment on time with quality and quantity, and actively cooperate with the training arrangement; 4. the NRS test score is between 3 to 8; 5. The average score of each ODI is between 1-5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The onset of lower back pain is less than six weeks; 2.Acute soft tissue damage in the torso and buttock areas; 3. The pain in the waist has a definite sense of radiation in the leg; 4. The spinal area suffers from fracture, dislocation, vertebral body tumour, tuberculosis and surgical history, severe osteoporosis; 5. The lumbar pain caused by the menstrual period; 6. No other treatment of interference in this study shall be stopped; 7. In the process of experimental intervention, there was a severe and intolerable adverse reaction, and the patient's pain continued to increase (the severe complication) and the active extermination.
