Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients who performed oocyte retrieval in our reproductive center from October 2022 to April 2024. IVF patients include fallopian tube factors, polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, male factors and unexplained infertility; Including patients with previous ectopic pregnancy and appendectomy; Including patients with severe pelvic adhesions identified by laparoscopy in the past.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with premature ovulation; 2. Patients with more than 3 previous oocyte collection operations; 3. Patients with genital malformation; 4. Patients with previous coagulation dysfunction or medical diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.
