Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old 2. The main surgery is pancreaticduodenectomy, enlarged pancreatic duodenal resection or laparoscopic pancreaticduodenectomy; 3. Patients with amylase content in drainage solution greater than 3 times the upper limit of normal serum amylase on the third day after surgery and later; 4. The patient's family and legal representative signed a consent form to voluntarily join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intraperitoneal hemorrhage within 24 hours after surgery; 2. Patients with other complications that seriously affect survival rate after surgery, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, pulmonary embolism, serious lung infections, ARDS, etc; 3. Patients who are required to withdraw from experimental research in the middle of the way.
