Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Full-term, cephalic, singleton pregnant primipara, capable of vaginal delivery; (2) The diagnosis and treatment criteria met the GDM diagnostic criteria and did not use insulin during pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with premature rupture of membranes, autoimmune diseases and infections; (2) Women with heart dysfunction, liver and kidney dysfunction, endocrine dysfunction and other diseases; (3) Patients with gestational hypertensive disorders, diabetes complicated with pregnancy, other metabolic diseases and epidural block contraindications.
