Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years old, fresh closed distal radius fracture ( injury time < 21 days ), no serious soft tissue injury and other serious fracture; 2. AO/ASIF classification was type B or C fracture involving articular surface; 3. Surgical indications are clear, conservative treatment is expected to seriously affect the wrist joint function, need surgical treatment; 4. willing to group, and cooperate with postoperative follow-up of at least half a year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open distal radius fractures or combined with other severe trauma, distal radius fracture surgery can not be accepted within 3 weeks; 2. Old fracture, malunion or nonunion of distal radius; 3. Local soft tissue infection; 4. Refusing to participate in this study; 5. Patients with previous history of wrist trauma, tumor, surgery; 6. Those who are unwilling or unable to cooperate with the test and fail to follow the doctor's advice during the perioperative period; 7. Failure to obtain complete follow-up data.
