Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria are confirmed first stroke by CT or MRI;onset between two weeks and six months;the presence of mild to moderate motor dysfunction;the patient has no significant cognitive or speech dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria are history of previous stroke or traumatic brain injury or brain tumor;concurrent severe cardiac,pulmonary,hepatic or renal dysfunction or other serious physical disease;previous epilepsy and family history of epilepsy;metal implanted in the body such as pacemakers,metal in the skull,etc;the presence of new infarct foci or secondary hemorrhage with worsening of the condition;those with severe cervical spine pathology including severe cervical conus stenosis and cervical instability.
