Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: SCD diagnostic criteria: meet the 2014-Jessn diagnostic criteria; 1) subjective sensory memory decline rather than other cognitive functions; 2) onset time 1SD); ?4 cognitive domains, including more than 2 cognitive domains, all had 1 test score impaired (>1SD); ? IADL score: more than one item scored to 1 point or more. (3) Dementia diagnostic criteria: ? Chief complaint of memory loss, or memory loss reported by insiders; ? Cognitive impairment, confirmed by MMSE, MoCA-B and CDR examinations; ? Occupational, social skills or daily living skills ? In line with the diagnostic criteria of probable AD in the 2011 NIA-AA diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who have severe vision, hearing, aphasia and other physical diseases and cannot successfully complete the neuropsychological test; 2) Those who have a history of other clear neurological or mental diseases (such as large-scale stroke, Parkinson's disease, major depression, Intracranial infection, epilepsy, demyelination and other clear medical history, etc.) or drug abuse history or evidence, etc.; 3) Dementia caused by clinically obvious abnormal folic acid, vitamin B12, thyroid function or syphilis antibody positive, HIV antibody positive; 4) Those who have contraindications to magnetic resonance scanning; 5) Structural magnetic resonance imaging suggests that there are new lesions or space-occupying lesions; 6) Refuse to sign the informed consent and follow up patients.
