2 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes group: 1. age = 2 years old; 2. patients diagnosed with type 1 diabetes; 3. have signed informed consent form. LADA group: 1. age = 18 years; 2. no insulin therapy within 6 months; 3. positive islet autoantibodies of either GADA, IA2A or ZnT8A; 4. have signed informed consent form. Type 2 diabetes group: 1. age = 18 years old; 2. diabetes duration more than 6 months (individualized glucose regulation part); unlimited duration (hypoglycemia risk prediction part) 3. patients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus; 4. have signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other special types of diabetes; 2. Combined with ketoacidosis, acute and chronic infection, surgery, trauma and other stress conditions; 3. Long-term use of glucocorticoids or immunomodulators; 4. Severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT increased more than three times, serum Cr > 133 umol/L or heart failure); 5. Suffering from malignant tumors and other chronic wasting diseases, blood diseases, mental illness, autoimmune diseases (such as hyperthyroidism, etc.); 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. History of alcoholism/drug abuse
