18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain the informed consent of the subjects; 2. Ages ranged from 18 to 65 years old; 3. Patients diagnosed with heart failure (NYHA II-III) and LVEF>40%; 4. N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide >= 125pg/mL; 5. And meeting at least one of the following criteria: (1)Left ventricular hypertrophy and/or left atrial enlargement; (2)Abnormal diastolic function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute decompensated heart failure, severe valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, acute coronary syndrome, symptomatic arrhythmia; 2. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, eGFR = 180mmHg and/or symptomatic hypotension and/or systolic blood pressure <100mmHg at screening, regardless of whether receiving antihypertensive drug treatment.
