Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are pathologically diagnosed with gastric cancer; 2. Tumor size is measurable on CT image; 3. Patietns to undergo neoadjuvant or conversion therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to contrast agent; 2. Who have received any type of anti-tumor therapy, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 3. Who received gastrectomy for any reason; 4. Who have received or to receive long term hormone therapy; 5. With other type of malignant diseases; 6. With obstruction, bleeding, perforation, or other emergence events; 7. With myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction within 6 months; 8. Dysfunction in liver and kidney; 9. Refused to participate in the study; 10. Cognition impairment group.
