80 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 80 years and older; 2. Scheduled for orthopedic surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I to IV; 4. Presence or absence of preexsiting dementia; 5. Informed consent has been signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant hyperthermia; 2. Emergency operation; 3. The patient can't cooperate; 4. Contraindications for regional or general anesthesia; 5. Enrolled in another randomized clinical trial.
