Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 year; 2. BMI >=24kg/m^2; 3. Weight stability in the past 3 months (weight change <+/- 10%).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of major cardiovascular adverse events in the past 1 year; 2. Those who have taken drugs that may affect the results of the study in the past 6 months; 3. Known type I diabetes; 4. Those who are pregnant or preparing to become pregnant; 5. those with dietary restrictions (such as vegetarians); 6. Those who have suffered from serious gastrointestinal diseases or have undergone gastrointestinal surgery within 1 year; 7. Those who are participating in other weight reduction projects.
